By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you do not place an order.

We make every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible and to provide clear, up-to-date information, including images and descriptions. Nevertheless, typing errors, inaccuracies, or slight variations in colour and appearance may occasionally occur. Product images are intended as an indication and may differ slightly from the actual item.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed once full payment has been received. The available payment methods may vary depending on your country, and customers are responsible for checking which payment options are available for their location. All transactions are handled securely through trusted payment providers.

4. Processing and Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please keep the following timelines in mind:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–12 business days after dispatch (depending on your location), 6–15 business days in total from order to delivery
  • Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China, and delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs handling or local postal services.
  • Shipping is free on every order. Customs fees, duties or import taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for all conditions regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered. We kindly ask all customers to carefully check the delivery address provided when placing an order, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
