Return Policy

At Heather's Fashion Corner, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we do everything we can to make sure you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite what you expected, and you may wish to return it. This Return Policy explains clearly how returns work, what conditions apply, and how to start the process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return can only be requested after you have physically received the item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it is not.
  • Ordering products in multiple sizes with the deliberate intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Register your return by emailing us at info@heathersfashioncorner.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).
  3. You ship the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs or shipping charges.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, so your return can be followed and confirmed.

Refunds

Once your returned item has arrived at the return address and we have approved its condition, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, this remains the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any errors in the delivery address must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order, so we can attempt to correct them before the item is shipped.
