At Heather's Fashion Corner, we do our very best to deliver your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible. On this page you will find all the information you need about our shipping and delivery policy.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States. No shipping costs are added at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery takes 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. In total, please allow 6 to 15 business days from order to delivery. Delivery may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods, sales events, or due to customs procedures. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Heather's Fashion Corner is operated from the Netherlands; we do not hold stock in Canada or the United States.
Customs and Import Charges
Because orders are shipped from outside your country, customs fees, duties or import taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Shipping Responsibility
- If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, the responsibility for the parcel lies with the customer.
- Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. Any errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of ordering, so we can attempt to correct them before your item is shipped.
